This generous cottage, positioned on the edge of the open moor, makes the ideal base for a walker’s holiday for a large family get together. Stepping through the front door, you will be greeted to a spacious hall which is ideal for kicking off your muddy boots and wellies before turning right into the large kitchen/diner, designed with a traditional charm and featuring an impressive range cooker. This floor is completed by a large open-plan living and dining area with plenty of space for entertaining your family and friends. This room plays host to a woodburning fire and cosy sofas to relax of an evening. Located at the opposite end of the room is an impressive formal dining area, with seating suitable for 10 guests with charming views of the garden. Upstairs are the elegantly fitted bedrooms, posing a master bedroom with en-suite, two doubles, a single and a twin bedroom with truckle bed. Note: Property can be booked with Refs. 984101 and 984102, 984104 together they can sleep 22 people.

Dulverton is often referred to as the gateway to the Exmoor National Park. From here you will have access to several countryside walks and cycle routes. This area is also ideal for bird-watchers as Exmoor is home to several rare birds, as well as the famous wild ponies. Additionally, the area hosts a vast range of different habitats to explore including moorland, woodland, rivers and the coast, making Dulverton a great destination to visit.
