A beautifully presented house which proved a great base for our week in Exmoor. A well equipped kitchen with everything you can think of. Parking a little tight as others have mentioned but we knew this in advance and actually as we went ‘out of season’ we were able to find space for our second car really easily. We shall certainly be returning to this lovely property. Thank you!

Lower bourne was a great base to be able to access other areas nearby. The kitchen is very clean and has everything you could possibly need to cook meals. It is only a short walk to a shop, pub or the local park which our 8 year old loved!! Walls are also just on the doorstep. The surroundings are just beautiful!! I would say the only downside is the parking, the junction can be a bit tricky when reversing in but every other house has the same issue with parking. It’s not easy if you have a big/long car but it’s doable. Definitely wouldn’t put me off coming again! Thank you for a fabulous stay!
