Located in the quiet back streets of the pretty medieval village of Dunster, Mill Haven offers flexible and well-appointed holiday accommodation. A converted bungalow, this detached house benefits from two bedrooms on the ground floor and two bedrooms on the first floor. There is an open-plan living room and a further second living room, as well as a lovely conservatory with a dining area to look over the well-maintained gardens. Mill haven is perfectly situated so you can walk into Dunster to sample all the delights including the imposing Dunster Castle (NT). During early December, the Dunster Candlelight Festival is well worth a visit. There are many highlights to enjoy during your stay in the area. In Minehead, there is the main train station or take the famous West Somerset Steam Railway, which travels along the coast and then inland to Bishops Lydeard. There is also a beach at Minehead and a promenade, where you can enjoy a walk and an ice cream. Take regular bus services along the coast to such highlights as Porlock and Lynton and Lynmouth. If you are coming with children, a day ticket can be purchased for Butlins on the seafront. Great walking opportunities can be found in the area on both the South West Coast Path and within Exmoor National Park. There are beaches at Dunster and Blue Anchor to enjoy. Beach 2 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 200 yards.

The cottage was lovely, but location was down a very narrow lane and reversing out was very difficult.

Mill Haven was an excellent choice. Situated just below Dunster Castle and a few minutes walk into Dunster itself, its location couldn't have been better. It was surrounded by a lovely garden frequented by a great many birds and the odd squirrel where we were able to sit and enjoy a coffee or a glass of wine. The cottage was clean and comfortable, with almost all the equipment we required in the kitchen.

Mill Haven is in a lovely spot next to the Dunster water mill and castle and has off street parking. Very well equipped, all amenities catered for and all in walking distance to the village. Welcome pack consisted of milk, a lovely Victoria sandwich cake, tea, coffee and sugar ideal after a long journey. Thank you.
