. we found it very comfortable. Bedroom TV has a habit of losing signal, but not in lounge. In the kitchen a new glass chopping board wouldn't go amiss these are the most hygienic. A fitted sheet on the bed because the under protector very loose the top sheet which didn't fully tuck under, kept coming untucked. But these are little things it was lovely and attractions fairly close at hand although paper shop is fair distance not a stroll on a Sunday morning.

The lodge was in a nice secluded spot, with trees, squirrels. There were other lodges around, but we never heard or saw anyone else even though the other lodges were occupied. We had 2 kids and they were happy with the hot tub and the WiFi, and the smart TV's in every room. There were clear instructions throughout left by the owners. The hot tubs were inspected twice daily to monitor the water quality and temperature, which is always a good sign that they're taking it seriously. The lodge was well equipped, comfy furnishings, and good quality mattresses (very important). Located near Watchet which is nice little harbour town. Close by to Minehead and the rest of Somerset. Good location to go either east of west. Great holiday, great lodge, good location, thoroughly enjoyed it. One of the best lodges we have stayed in.
