The Spa House at the Manor, Petty France is a grand, period Cotswold house with architect designed indoor spa. It sleeps up to 30+ guests in spacious, comfortable accommodation. The main house has 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms with 2 sitting rooms and dining for the whole group. It can be rented for groups of up to 20 or with the addition of the Austen wing, taking the number to 30. Set in stunning countryside yet opposite a country pub, there are gardens, secure parking and of course the private Peacock Spa with indoor heated pool and hot tub, poolside seating, all accessed from the main house.
For smaller groups, Austen House may be rented for up to 14 guests. It has a private hot tub.
Close to beautiful Georgian Bath and the ultimate shopping experience and lively waterfront of Bristol, yet set in the lovely south Cotswolds, the Spa House is the perfect venue for unforgettable hen weekends, family get-togethers, friends reunions and every type of corporate break.
Completed in 1812 for the Prime Minister, the house has hosted many famous names throughout its history. During the Napoleonic wars, Lord Wellington was a frequent guest and since that time, it has been owned by Lord Apsley, the Wordsworth family and the Duke of Beaufort. Recently, as a 5 star hotel, it has opened its doors to celebrities and actors such as Hugh Grant, Anthony Hopkins, Emma Thompson, Christopher Reeve and Edward Fox. The house has also appeared in a number of TV programmes, photo shoots and films.
The Spa House close to Bath and Bristol sleeps from 10 - 30 guests in two properties which can be combined. There is a private spa with indoor heated pool, hot tub and poolside seating. The gracious and comfortable rooms, lovely gardens and private parking make the house the perfect place for your celebration break.
