Steeped in history this spacious country house was built for Prime Minister Robert Jenkinson and former owners include the Duke of Beaufort and the Wordsworth family. Beaufort House has been sympathetically restored without losing its original features and includes all the mod cons we are used to today. The house is perfect for families and groups of up to 28, with plenty of room to celebrate special occasions in style and comfort. The beautifully kept grounds and gardens are a delight to explore in this beautiful part of the Cotswolds. Sit back and relax in one of the many sun traps, take tea and cake on the patio or dip into the hot tub for a soak.
The space
On entering the property you will immediately get the feel of space and elegance. The main dining area with its boardroom style table comfortably seats 16 and can extend to 28. The dining room has some nice period features including a roaring fireplace. Light floods into the room from the large windows and door which leads into the garden. It's the perfect room for a celebratory meal whether it's an anniversary, birthday, Christmas or New year. There's even a bar so you can impress your friends and family with your cocktail making skills.
The large kitchen has been sympathetically upgraded and features a large breakfast island. It's fully equipped to cater for large groups including four ovens, a wine cooler, ice machine and American-style fridge. The room is bathed in light from the large windows and patio doors. Off the kitchen, the lounge area is relaxing and homely with another open fire and has a wall-mounted 50" Smart TV.
There are 6 comfortable bedrooms across the property sleeping a total of 22 guests. A further 6 guests can be accommodated on pull out beds if required. The ground floor includes bedrooms one and two. On the first floor are the remaining bedrooms which provide a number of different sleeping options. All the bathrooms and are finished to a very high standard and have a selection of baths and showers across the two floors. High quality bath towels and luxurious bed linen is provided.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire property and the grounds which are south facing and enjoy the sun all day. There is a patio area ideal for dining al fresco and relaxing in the hot tub. Guests will be met on arrival.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 40% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel. A cleaning fee of £250 will be applied to all bookings.
Book with confidence: If your booking is affected by new Government travel restrictions which were not known at the time of booking, and you're legally unable to travel, we will arrange with the property owner to refund 100% of your holiday cost.
Security deposit: A security deposit of £750 will be charged prior to check in and returned following your stay.
