Beautifully and sympathetically restored, this gorgeous Georgian style house is located in the small hamlet of Petty France right in the heart of the Cotswolds. It is near to pretty picture postcard villages and towns and just over 20 minutes from Bath and Bristol for something a little livelier. Surrounding countryside gives plenty of opportunities for walking and Westonbirt Arboretum is only a 10 minute drive away. There is a recommended pub serving good food just across the road from Cotswold Spa House too. Perfect.
The long sweeping drive up to the property is a taste of things to come. Set in its own landscaped gardens with mature shrubs, the house doesn't fail to impress. The indoor swimming pool and hot tub makes this a great place to stay at any time of the year for friends and family gatherings in an accessible spot, so close and yet so far from city living.

The main lounge, with lots of comfy sofas and huge picture windows, provides an excellent spot to gather at the end of a busy day for drinks. The large lobby is ideal for a proper knees up with room to dance the night away or maybe watch a film together. Outside, the terrace with garden furniture is a pleasant place to enjoy watching the sun go down on warmer evenings with a glass of fizz while the barbecue gets to work.
