Upon entering this single-storey lodge, you will be greeted by a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, to drift off into a night's embrace. The heart of the home is the well-equipped kitchen, where you can prepare delicious meals to be enjoyed at the dining table, offering seating for four. After dinner, retire to the sitting room, where you can relax on the sofa and watch your favourite shows on the TV.

Outside, the front garden offers the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening drink, whilst your furry friends play amongst the lawn. Brixham is a working fishing harbour located on the southern side of Torbay, the area known as The English Riviera, famed for its sunny mild climate all year round. The focal point of the harbour is a life size replica of The Golden Hind, Sir Francis Drake’s ship. The prettiest part of Brixham has small cottages in hilly narrow winding lanes leading to the harbour where all the activity is centred. Home to Britain’s largest fishing fleet which regularly lands their catch in the harbour, Brixham fish market sells to major restaurants in the UK. Brixham is the ideal destination for a traditional holiday with many family attractions around Torbay including two Blue Flag beaches, Paignton Zoo and many regattas and maritime events throughout the year. There are a host of safe cycle trails in the area, the South West Coastal Path and some of the best golf courses in the region. A good mix of relaxation or action, to suit all ages, where you are never far from the sea.

Shop 0.7 miles, pub 0.1 miles, and beach 0.3 miles (accessed via 120 steep steps and may not be suitable for those with limited mobility).

Note: There are steps up into the property.

Guests will find in their lodge facilities passes to use during their stay.

Note: Facilities at Landscove Holiday Park available for guests are an outdoor swimming pool with retractable enclosure for the slightly cooler days, (open from 5th April -21st September 2025, 10am-1pm and 2-5pm daily).An activity room with two pool tables, dart board, air hockey and foosball, launderette, outdoor kids play area, small on-site shop selling essential items and The Cove Bar, serving drinks only on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 5pm -10pm.

Guests staying at Landscove Holiday Park are also welcome to use ‘The Bay’ facilities at sister park, Riviera Bay Coastal Retreat (0.8 miles) accessed via the coastal path or a short drive.‘The Bay’ has a Swimming Pool with changing rooms, open 10am–5pm.Fitness Room open10am–8pm (closes 5pm Tues & Weds).Bar/Café, open 10am–10pm (closes 5pm Tues & Weds), serving drinks, cakes & snacks all day with pizzas & paninis available 12pm–8:30pm.Indoor and outdoor, poolside seating.Well behaved dogs on leads are welcome.
