Inside, the light-filled open-plan living space is designed for relaxation and socialising. A fully-equipped kitchen makes mealtimes simple, while the dining area is perfect for gathering together. Brixham is a working fishing harbour located on the southern side of Torbay, the area known as The English Riviera, famed for its sunny mild climate all year round. The focal point of the harbour is a life size replica of The Golden Hind, Sir Francis Drake’s ship. The prettiest part of Brixham has small cottages in hilly narrow winding lanes leading to the harbour where all the activity is centred. Home to Britain’s largest fishing fleet which regularly lands their catch in the harbour, Brixham fish market sells to major restaurants in the UK. Brixham is the ideal destination for a traditional holiday with many family attractions around Torbay including two Blue Flag beaches, Paignton Zoo and many regattas and maritime events throughout the year. There are a host of safe cycle trails in the area, the South West Coastal Path and some of the best golf courses in the region. A good mix of relaxation or action, to suit all ages, where you are never far from the sea.

Facilities at Landscove Holiday Park available for guests include an outdoor swimming pool with retractable enclosure for the slightly cooler days, (open 1 May – 20 September 2026, lifeguard patrolled), an activity room with two pool tables, dart board, air hockey and table football, launderette, outdoor kids play area, small on-site shop and The Cove Bar, serving drinks only on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, 5pm -10pm.
Guests staying at Landscove Holiday Park are also welcome to use ‘The Bay’ facilities at sister park, Riviera Bay Coastal Retreat (0.8 miles) accessed via the coastal path or a short drive.‘The Bay’ offers an outdoor heated swimming pool with changing rooms, fitness room bar/café serving food/drink, indoor and outdoor poolside seating - well behaved dogs on leads are welcome Opening hours may vary at management discretion.
