3 Linden Court is very comfortably furnished and thoughtfully stocked with all necessary items.The view from the lounge and balcony is breathtaking.We found the owner helpful when we had a small problem - she went out of her way to be supportive.

We had a fantastic holiday in this incredibly well equipped and beautifully furnished one bedroom flat. The location was terrific and the balcony led to panoramic views of the harbour. We love Brixham and this apartment enabled us to enjoy the town and surrounding area to the full. Brilliant to have a parking space.Thank you for providing a cafetière, we do love our coffee!Communication with the owner of the apartment was faultless-they were extremely helpful and empathetic A real bonus for us was seeing the seagull parents on the roof of a nearby property and watching them teach and care for their chicks
