Had an excellent time in this property. Everything worked seamlessly with no issues. Sitting area was very comfortable as was the bed with extremely comfortable pillows. The only reservation would be the steps leading up to the property, which we were fully aware of prior to booking, but must be considered by anyone intending to stay here.Parking was perfectly adequate (Toyota Avensis Estate).

Apartment is in a great position and we enjoyed having a spectacular view over theBrixham harbour and beyond. So close to everything that we didn't need to use the car at all. Such an advantage to get an allocated parking space.Comfortable and well equipped, we had a great holiday.Stairs were a challenge at first, but we were fitter by the end of the week.
