Guests appreciate the comfortable furnishings and the convenience of its location for walking around the town. The property is noted for its recent decoration and the window seating is a highlight. Some guests mentioned minor issues with facilities and access, but overall, the experiences have been very positive.
The apartment has been consistently described as spotlessly clean, with recent decoration adding to the sense of cleanliness.
The location is highly praised for its stunning views and convenience for exploring Brixham, though it is noted that there are many steps which may not be suitable for everyone.
Guests find the beds incredibly comfortable and the apartment well-furnished, though a suggestion for blackout blinds indicates a slight room for improvement in sleep comfort.
The apartment is well-equipped with necessary kitchen equipment and comfortable furniture. However, there were minor issues with a door lock and clarity about the deck area's location.
While guests have had positive experiences, there is no mention of gifts or special thoughtful touches provided by the owner, so it is not possible to score this category.

Brixham is a bustling fishing port on Torbay's southern coast, in the English Riviera region, which is known for its mild, sunny weather throughout the year. The Golden Hind, Sir Francis Drake's ship, is the centrepiece of the harbour. Most of Brixham's activity revolves around the harbour, which is located in a picturesque area with small cottages tucked away in narrow, winding lanes. Brixham fish market is one of the largest in the UK, selling to some of the country's best-known restaurants. Brixham is a great place for a traditional family vacation, with two Blue Flag beaches, Paignton Zoo, and numerous regattas and maritime events throughout the year. The South West Coastal Path and some of the best golf courses in the region can be found in the area.
It's a great place for all ages, with a variety of activities to choose from, all within a short distance of the ocean.

The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and furnished to a very high standard and there was everything you could possibly need to make your stay comfortable. Comfy beds and all of the necessary equipment in the kitchen. The window seating where you can watch the coming and going in the harbour below was fantastic. We would highly recommend this property and hope to return some time in the future. We would like to thank the owner for making our holiday a fantastic experience. Brixham itself is a wonderful little town with lots of places to eat and drink and it is a perfect base to explore the surrounding area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it. It would be helpful to include more details about the parking in relation to the apartment, I had to keep calling the owner to help me find it - he was great & really helpful. Also make it clear that the deck area is not physically attached to the apartment and you have to go back out the apartment & up a couple of public steps, itâs almost next door but not practical to sit in your dressing gown with a cuppa in the morning. Nice though in the evening with a glass of wine and great views over the harbour.
