There is plenty to see and do, from beaches and eateries to scuba and the fascinating replica of Sir Francis Drake s ship The Golden Hind. Further afield, the towns of Paignton and Torquay offer great days out including Paignton Zoo (5.6 miles) and Quaywest Splashdown (4.6 miles). On entering the townhouse, to your left find the cosy lounge area with Smart TV, sound bar and original feature fireplace, perfect for unwinding. Down the hall to your left is the dining area with table and seating as well as a games cupboard for family nights in. Through to the well equipped kitchen there is a small breakfast table and everything you ll need to cook up an evening meal. Under the stairs, there s a convenient ground floor WC.
