Inside, the home is light, bright, clean and spacious, with plenty of room for relaxation and socialising. Arranged over two floors, upstairs there’s a large open plan kitchen/diner, and living room which has sliding doors that lead on to a furnished balcony with sea views in the distance. The family bathroom with a separate shower and bath along with two generous bedrooms are also on this floor, both of which are tastefully styled and feature king size beds as well as plenty of storage.
Downstairs, the home’s third bedroom has ‘zip and link’ twin beds which can be made up as a king, to offer versatility to suit all guest parties. There’s also a cloakroom and utility as well as a movie room, with bean bags and a large flat screen TV where you can dim the lights, grab the popcorn and settle in for your very own cinema experience. To the back of the property, a terrific garden with decked patio, BBQ and dining suite means outdoor dining and entertainment are firmly on the agenda, and guests with dogs and / or children can watch them play in the sunshine as lunch sizzles away on the grill.
Brixham is one of Devon’s most popular holiday destinations and it’s easy to see why. With a working harbour and famous fish quay, freshly caught local seafood graces many of its restaurants’ menus including Rockfish, Simply Fish, Beamers and Alberos. The town is also awash with independent shops, cafes and bakeries, with The Wine Loft a must-visit spot for anyone who enjoys speciality wines and deliciously paired nibbles. The coast path makes a lovely day out whether walking up to Berry Head Nature Reserve or down to the coves at Fishcombe and Churston, and visitors with pushchairs or limited mobility can enjoy a gentle stroll along the Breakwater; an ice cream in hand of course!
Please note that the access up to the garden at the back of the property is via two sets of steps with a handrail

There’s an electric 'stove style' heater for chillier evenings, and a 55" Sony Smart TV as well as games for entertainment. Furnished with two sofas, and armchair and a coffee table, this room also has sliding doors to the balcony which has views over to the sea

Located on the ground floor this room features bean bag seating, a 55" Sony Smart TV and a selection of games

The kitchen is amply equipped with a range of appliances including an electric oven and grill, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher

The first floor family bathroom has a bath with shower over, W/C, hand basin, heated towel rail, cabinet and mirror

There’s also a ground floor cloakroom with W/C and hand basin

To the back of the property is an enclosed lawned garden with a raised patio which is furnished with an outdoor dining suite of a table, six chairs and a parasol
There’s also a charcoal BBQ (guests will need to bring their own charcoal and firelighters)
The garden is accessed via a door at the back of the utility room on the ground floor
Parking
Private parking for up to three cars on the front drive and on-street parking in the area on a first come first served basis
