Found within the Linden Court development, this conveniently located ground floor apartment is within walking distance to the town centre and harbour, where you will find a selection of restaurants, bars, cafés in a stylish location in the heart of the English Riviera, and no trip to Brixham is complete without sampling the fresh seafood landed in one of England’s oldest fishing ports.
Further afield, the seaside towns of Paignton and Torquay are easily reached by car, or for the more active groups they are linked by the South West Coastal Path, which makes a fantastic walk with stunning views, and the day out can be topped off spectacularly with a trip back on one of the passenger ferries from across the bay.

Enjoyed a great week here. It has everything you need. The view out is fantastic and that’s before you have gone out onto the balcony!Parking was right outside the front door, which is rarely the case in Brixham, so that is a huge bonus. Having bus passes, we left the car there for most of the week, with 5 services to Paignton, Torquay and Newton Abbot per hour, plus regular service to Kingswear (for Dartmouth), it’s a great base. There are plenty of walking options, as far or near as you like along the S W Coast path in both directions and there is always something happening in the town itself. Plenty of eateries of all types and generally not too expensive. Just beware that you need to be fit to manage all the steps down and back up again, but the first set are immediately adjacent the house.

The apartment was lovely, one of the best we have been in. Excellent view over the harbour with its own parking space, a bonus. Have to say fairly steep uphill from the front, fitter when we left! Overall one of the best equipped places we have been.
