👉 Its Price includes sixty pound or seventy pound addtional cost for passes depends how many people staying at the Property. And these mentioned Passes allows you to experience on site entertainment facilities for Free

👉The site has Launderette ( you need to go to reception to get tokens ).

👉 It is also very spacious and it has the Capacity to carry out 8 guests.

👉 I'd like to mention that the parking space/spot is next to our caravan.

👉 The On-site Launderette and shop are just next to each other which is only 3mins walk from our the Caravan.

👉 Our Caravan is situated close to off- site Amenities as well such as Seafront or Beaches , Pubs , Restaurants and Take aways.

👉 It also Accesible for transportation such as cars, taxi , bus , trains and exeter airport ( more or less 2 hour drive)

👉 its also close to Torquay ( 15 - 20mins ) , Paignton ( 5 - 10 mins ) and Brixham town (10 -15 mins drive ) from our property.

🙂 My Husband Darren is a Fisherman and he is mostly away at sea and Myself i also work in a social care and also managing our Caravan at the same time.

My husband and I has always got the same interest to build a business and make it successful & stable hoping One day he is no longer going to sea as " Time is Precious " would be perfect to spent it well with the Family and just focus our business. We also love travelling and exploring places. Finally , he bought our property just this year 2022 month of March a 2017 model Caravan with the size 40ft X 12ft and we'll trying our best to make it work.
