Primley Park is a very popular bungalow with many clients returning year after year.
In the months of May through to October why not attend one of the many annual events and festivals in the area, Torbay Air Show, Paignton Festival, The Brixham Pirate Festival, England's Seafood Feast, Devon County Show, Dartmouth Music Festival, Dartmouth Royal Regatta, Dartmouth food festival.

This area has a stunning sea views. The dining area has a wooden table with five chairs. The living area has a three seater sofa and two armchairs. There is a flat screen, Freeview TV with DVD. Fireplace with electric fire.

It has an electric cooker, microwave. fridge/freezer and washing machine. Also, the kitchen has beautiful sea views. Leading off the kitchen is a useful porch, perfect to store shoes, coats, bucket & spades.
Bathroom
It has a bath with shower over, WC and basin.
Sleeping
The first bedroom has a double bed and single bed, it has two bedside tables with two bedside lamps, it lit by a window and a ceiling lamp too.
The second bedroom has a double bed with two bedside tables with bedside lamps. There is a dressing table with drawers and a mirror.

Private driveway parking. On road parking available.
WiFi provided at the property. There are four steps from the kitchen and lounge to the bedrooms.
Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Blueriver Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
