The games room and cosy furnishings add to the enjoyable experience, although some maintenance issues have been noted.

Would be happy to return but in the height of season for better weather.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. It was especially great to have so many bathrooms! The accommodation was spacious and a welcoming.

We were contacted by the plumber the next day but we were out and had the key with us so he couldn't get in but no matter it didn't spoil our stay. The only other thing of note was when we arrived we found the bath and window cill to contain several spiders and webs so it wasn't cleaned before we arrived. So we just cleaned it ourselves if this had been the trend then we would have complained but everything else was very clean so we took this small issue to be an oversight..really enjoyed our stay, very comfortable, quiet and well equipped with lovely views of the sea and Brixham plus the surrounding countryside..plenty of places to eat and visit for days out including goodrington sands and broadsands beaches plus Torquay, babbacombe etc etc...the week certainly flew by wouldn't hesitate to book again it certainly pleased the grand kids and my wife so alls well...
