Immaculate family owned 2 bedroom, 6 Berth swift Loire caravan bought brand new in 2021. Situated between Paignton and Goodrington, ideal as a base for relaxing days exploring the South Devon coast line

1 double bed, 2 singles and an extra pull out small double in the spacious living area.

Please be advised the WiFi provided is a 4g Vodafone hub as a courtesy to guests, we find it much better than the park provided WiFi. However the signal can come and go but supports iPads/tablets and usually tv streaming but not multiple accounts at one time.

Perfect location for exploring picturesque South Devon, based between Goodrington and Paignton Beach fronts and easy reach from Torquay.

The park offers 1 small outside pool (season dependent) and a bar.

Across the road at the sister park there is an outside/ inside pool, sauna, steam and jacuzzi plus excellent evening entertainment (purchase of passes required).

The entertainment is far enough away there is no noise in the evening but close enough to stroll too.

There is also a bar and takeaway with a lovely ocean view restaurant.

Situated in the centre of Torbay between Brixham and Torquay, Paignton is one of South Devon's premier seaside resorts. Boasting long sandy beaches and a picturesque harbour, this charming town also plays host to a wonderful selection of shops, pubs, and restaurants. The town makes a fantastic base from which to explore the English Riviera and its surrounding attractions, also featuring a renowned zoo and sea life centre.
