About this property

Our beautiful caravan is beautifully decorated and always kept clean. Upon arrival, you will have sachets of tea, coffee, and sugar plus a few bits for your children and dogs. The plot is in a quiet area, not far from the main entertainment. This is a dog-friendly site.

Upon arrival you will have a key fob so you can start your hoilday straight away, the caravan is only across the road from the on site nisa which is back open in March of 2025, and also the launderette. The pier house has been fully renovated and is very nicely decorated, all with a new menu, there steak is absolutely to die for.

The staff are absolutely amazing on site and will go out of there way to be ad helpful as they can. We will have an allocated parking space as of March for our caravan with a disabled bay with in the area.

Upon arrival there will be a welcome hamper with a few things for your family, a bag with some goodies in for the children and if your bringing your family pet with you there will be a dog bed, dog bowls and treats aswell as poop bags all there for you.

Our caravan comes with a range of things, from all your bedding to all your towels, that's hand bath and tea towels, there is washing up liquid a hair dryer and a travel cot for your little one. There is teas coffees and sugar upon arrival with sachet milk, and also an airfryer. There is plenty of dvds games and tous for your little ones to enjoy.

Situated in the centre of Torbay between Brixham and Torquay, Paignton is one of South Devon's premier seaside resorts. Boasting long sandy beaches and a picturesque harbour, this charming town also plays host to a wonderful selection of shops, pubs, and restaurants. The town makes a fantastic base from which to explore the English Riviera and its surrounding attractions, also featuring a renowned zoo and sea life centre. Nearby, Torquay is equally as vibrant with an array of excellent shopping opportunities, fascinating museums, and numerous parks and gardens. The nearby stunning coastline offers great walking and cycling opportunities along beautiful stretches of beach and rugged cliff tops, while the rolling meadows of South Devon provide an idyllic setting for afternoon strolls and an abundance of picturesque picnic spots. The bustling town of Preston is also worth a visit, offering another great beach, watersports facilities, many shops and pubs, and walks along the seafront and through
