Access to the property is via a set of 13 steps with handrails and on entering this delightful detached property, you are greeted with a light and airy hallway, the perfect place to hang coats or store sandy shoes after a day on the beach. From here, a staircase to the open-plan lounge where you can relax on the comfy sofas and enjoy stunning views across Broadsands to Torbay’s coastline and the horizon, while watching your favourite programme on the Smart TV/DVD with basic Sky package. The well-equipped kitchen/diner has a Rangemaster oven and gas hob, American style fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher, which is perfect for trying out new recipes or old family favourites. The garden enjoys a sunny aspect with plentiful seating, and gas BBQ, making it the perfect place to enjoy a spot of al fresco dining, or a place to relax and enjoy a glass of wine. There is off-road parking and further roadside parking at the front of the property.
