The weather was great, the property is as great as it was last year when we came and booked already for 2025. There is everything you will need to either eat in which we did or enjoy the facilities & then eat out. The off road parking is a fab addition. Enjoyed the hum of the trains that trundle past but we love this. Can't recomment this place enough.

Clean and comfortable and the hot tub just makes it a little more relaxing. Easy Walking distance to the beach and pier. Some lovely pubs and eating places again an easy walk away.
