It is extremely well cleaned and offers all home comforts. Its in a very peaceful location, ensuring we all had a brilliant nights sleep every night ( not always something we find on holiday rentals). Nicely located, we enjoyed many local walks and even the walk to Torquay harbour only took us 20 - 25 mins. There is also a local bus service just a short stroll from the property if needed. The local eateries (just around the corner) were also excellent, with a very handy local store as well. Very well situated for all Torbay has to offer and not too far from beautiful Dartmoor. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and when we had a car issue during our stay, nothing was too much trouble. We would like to extend our thanks to them both again. We would definitely recommend this property and would not hesitate to stay there again. A beautiful property in a beautiful part of the country.

Everything about the property was lovely. We were made to feel very welcome and it had everything needed to feel like a home away from home. Clean and very comfortable.
