Awash with stylish furnishings and contemporary features, this two-bedroom apartment has a master en-suite and a family bathroom, an open plan living / dining / kitchen area which opens out to the balcony, and a small, private-use terrace with furniture and sea views. Whip up family feasts together or put your feet up and simply enjoy the view, and if you fancy popping down to Torquay for a wander around the shops or a day on the beach, the palm-tree lined seafront is just a short walk down Rock Walk which lies alongside the building.
Tastefully styled and very well-equipped guests can expect to find plush décor and sumptuous beds, modern bathrooms with good quality fixtures, and a high spec kitchen with built-in appliances and a wine cooler. Both bedrooms open out on to a sea-facing balcony, so if you like to enjoy your morning coffee with a view, this is the perfect spot.
Torquay is home to many good restaurants including Pier Point which overlooks the Marina, and Bistro Pierre which sits on the promenade, so if you’re planning on eating out during your stay, you’re just a few minutes’ walk from a host of great options. The harbour is also within easy reach on foot and here you can hop aboard a ferry and enjoy a day out in the famous fishing town of Brixham.

Please note that the balcony is not wide enough for a table and chairs – a small terrace with furniture can be found outside the property’s front door and is for the sole-use of guests

A sea-facing balcony runs the length of the apartment and is accessed from both bedrooms as well as the living room.
There is a small terrace by the front door with a table and four chairs. The views from here are lovely so this is a great spot for enjoying breakfast. The terrace is for the sole use of guests staying at the property but is not enclosed
Parking
This property does not provide allocated parking however guests may pull up outside the building to drop their luggage off. On-street spaces outside the property though likely to be available, can be limited during busy times.
