Outside is an enclosed courtyard with garden furniture where you can enjoy your morning coffee or spend the day basking in the sun.

The apartment is located just a stone’s throw from Torquay seafront, Torre Abbey Green, and harbour with an array of restaurants and bars on your doorstep. Torquay train station is also a short walk away for guests wishing to travel down without a vehicle. There are activities for both adults and children whether that be a show at the nearby Princess theatre, a spot of golf (both normal and mini golf for the children or just for a bit of fun!) as well as arcades, bowling, and leisure centre to name just a few. The local towns of Paignton, Brixham, Babbacombe, Dartmouth, Kingswear and the city of Exeter are all within driving distance and make for great days out just outside of this beautiful town. Torquay’s Beach is located less than 5 5-minute flat walk away.

Enjoyed our stay very much everything we needed. Very clean. But we had no instructions or any paper work at all in Apartment about anything!!!

Superb, clean modern and next to the hotel for parking and use of indoor pool, sauna, gym etc.Sitting out area gets afternoon sun - a bit noisy with passing traffic but inside is quiet. T V in each bedroom plus living room. Not a great deal of crockery and no egg cups, cutlery drawer beneath the oven - unusual! These are the only very minor negatives.
