Harbour Cottage, a charming two-bedroom single-storey cottage in Torquay, Devon is the perfect place for families, couples and friends to enjoy a coastal break. There's a Smart TV with Virgin Cable and you will be within close proximity to the harbour where you can walk, cycle or relax at the beach; the cottage is also very close to all the amenities which makes it easy to stock up on essentials and dine out. As you step inside, the open-plan living space has integrated appliances, an electric fire, and a dining area, which makes it a functional living space for cooking, dining, and unwinding after a busy day.
From here, head upstairs to the shower room, which has a walk-in shower and a heated towel rail, so you can freshen up after a day at the beach and be greeted with a toasty towel. When sleep calls, the first bedroom is a well-kept room furnished with a double bed and a hanging space, while the second bedroom is a homely space containing twin beds and a hanging space, perfect for friends sharing. Conveniently located in the heart of Torquay, this seaside town is known for its lovely beaches, picturesque harbour, and charming streets. The town is also home to some great attractions, including the Babbacombe Model Village and Kents Cavern Prehistoric Caves, meaning visitors can enjoy a variety of attractions as well as a good selection of restaurants and bars in Torquay, including the Pier Point Restaurant and Bar.

Really fantastic that parking was provided in the car park just around the corner. So much to do in the local area, no need to use the car as a lot to see from the door. Some great walking opportunities along a beautiful coastline. The owner was really helpful before we arrived and during our stay to answer any questions. It would be good if the kitchen had another set of cutlery and maybe a non wooden chopping board. Great place would definitely recommend.

Warm, clean and spacious, it met all our needs. Easy to get the car unloaded and also to have free parking only a few minutes walk away. Parking is an essential requirement in Torquay and Keith, the owner has gone out of his way to supply it. An extremely helpful and friendly host, he is a phone call away for any query that you may have. We would have no hesitation in returning to Harbour Cottage.

Really liked the large TV and fast broadband. The location is fantastic and the parking permit for the whole of the bay is a real bonus. I always like to be constructive with feedback so only have one suggestion. It does need more crockery and cutlery. The property only had 3 dinner plates, 3 cereals bowls, 3 side plates and 4 mugs. The property sleeps 4. It only had 4 knife, folks, spoons and teaspoons. I was staying on my own for most of the two weeks with family joining at the weekends so not a problem at all for me. I think at least 6 of each would be reasonable. Not a complaint as overall the cottage is excellent and will be back in May. Keith is a great host and provided excellent local information and made sure everything was sorted for my arrival. The property was spotlessly clean on arrival.
