Inside, the spacious layout includes a well-equipped kitchen and dining area ideal for gathering, a cosy living room with woodburning stove, and a separate office space for those who need to work while away.
The master bedroom benefits from an en-suite and balcony access, while three further bedrooms provide flexible accommodation for families or groups. A large utility room is perfect for coats, boots, and drying off the dogs after a day outdoors, with up to two dogs’ welcome.

We had a lovely stay and were really impressed with the cottage. Everything was spotlessly clean and very well maintained – nothing felt tired, worn or in need of replacing, and everything was in good working order. The kitchen was also really well stocked with crockery, utensils and everything we needed during our stay.We happened to visit during a heatwave, and our only real issue inside the cottage was that the duvets were very thick and heavy for the weather. It would have been great to have had some flat sheets available as an alternative on particularly warm nights.The garden isn’t fully secure, particularly for smaller dogs. The property doesn’t claim that it is, so this isn’t a criticism, but it’s definitely worth being aware of if you’re visiting with a little dog. There was plenty of outdoor seating, although we didn’t find it particularly comfortable for sitting out for longer periods.Overall though, these were fairly minor points in what was a really lovely stay. The cottage was exceptionally clean, well equipped and clearly very well looked after. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and I’m sure we’ll be back!
