The oven was filthy, the oven pan was swimming in grease and good waste when we arrived, the pans had not been cleaned, the ensuite toilet would not flush properly and was disgusting on arrival and the sofas were pld and uncomfortable (mentioned by a previous guest). The upstairs floorboards creaked nosily, disturbing everyone at night. This is definitely not the 4 star cottage it is advertised as. Disappointing.
