A perfect blend of stylish décor, comfortable surroundings and fantastic views await inside this stunning cottage. Set in 30 acres of grounds, including a fishing lake, which adds a unique backdrop to your break away. Inside on the ground floor, you will find a large open-plan living room with woodburner for those chilly evenings, opening onto a sun trap conservatory and south facing garden and patio area. The kitchen is well equipped with a large oak table as the centrepiece for dining. In addition, there is a quiet snug room, ideal for children, and a convenient shower room and toilet. Upstairs the bedrooms are light, airy and offering spacious comfort. There is a large family bathroom and also a further en-suite off the master bedroom. Granary Cottage is only 10 minutes from Ipswich, and conveniently located giving you easy access to the Heritage Coast, Woodbridge and the undulating country walks Suffolk has to offer. Beach 15 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 2 miles.

The cottage was really spacious,in a lovely setting and very comfortable. Great countryside views and no traffic noise. The grounds looked amazing but unfortunately were to wet to explore properly. The only thing missing was enough baking trays to cook for a larger party. However we did meet the owners who were lovely. We would definitely book it again.

The cottage was situated in beautiful surrounding and was very spacious. It was extremely peaceful and well provided for generally, with comfortable beds, a well-equipped kitchen and facilities for home entertainment. It was necesary to have a car to reach restaurants and supermarkets although there is a pub and local small grocery shop within walking distance. All in all a very enjoyable stay and Mr and Mrs Weller were responsive hosts.
