The house is one of the best equipped we have styed in over the last 10 years. The large number of fans was a very pleasant surprise and helped keep us cool in the current hot weather. Our only real grumble is that some of the mattresses seemed a little tired and lumpy. We would happily stay there again if we need to be in that part of Suffolk.

This was an excellent place for a family holiday which catered for 6 adults a 2.5 year old and 2 dogs. Location is superb lovely and quiet right on the reservoir's edge. Only challenge was the size of the fridge which was a little bit too small for that many adults. Especially as we were lucky enough with the weather and able to make full use of the BBQ provided. The host was always on hand if needed and very quick to respond.
