The Little Barn nestles in the owners’ grounds (who are on hand and happy to assist) but retains privacy. To the rear of the barn is a small woodland with a walkway and a small basketball court with hoop for endless entertainment and opportunities for skill development.
The village of Hoxne, 5 minutes’ drive (2 miles) has a pub with restaurant, a village post office, deli and shop. Country walks are available all around and the Suffolk heritage coastline has fabulous beaches to enjoy. Explore Southwold, a fantastic seaside town with pier, historic lighthouse and high street lined with independent shops and boutiques. RSPB Minsmere and Dunwich Heath offer opportunities for spotting birds and connecting with wildlife, with excellent walks available. For a quieter sandy beach, head to Covehithe, and for great days out, visit Snape Maltings, Framlingham Castle, Eye Castle, Halesworth Museum, Yoxford Antiques Centre and Gardens and Easton Farm Park.
The vibrant market towns of Bungay and Beccles boast independent boutiques and chain shops and the weekly market is excellent for all things local. At Beccles there is an open air heated outdoor swimming pool, popular with many local swimmers and gateway to the famous Norfolk Broads National Park. The surrounding area offers an excellent collection of eateries, including fine dining to many cafés serving home-made cakes and savouries to delight many palates. Beach 28 miles. Shop, pub and restaurant 2 miles.

We had such a lovely stay at The Little Barn! Caron and Guy were wonderful hosts—so friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The barn was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. Our dogs had the best time exploring the secure grounds, and it was so nice knowing they could roam safely. Thank you, Caron and Guy, for a fantastic stay. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend your lovely barn and hope to return in the future.

We had an excellent stay in the Little Barn.It was spotlessly clean and everything had been thoughtfully considered to make our stay comfortable and memorable.The grounds are amazing and completely secure, allowing dogs to run freely and safely.The welcome box was a lovely extra surprise and very thoughtful touch.Caron and Guy were perfect hosts friendly, welcoming, and attentive without being intrusive.We would certainly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and peaceful getaway. A perfect oasis in a beautiful setting.

We had a lovely 4 night stay in the little barn. The hosts Caren and guy were so friendly and accommodating. They were there for anything you need without encroaching on your privacy. The barn has plenty of land around it for our dog to roam around safely. In all a fantastic relaxing stay and we will definitely be returning.
