We have had our first and second wedding anniversary at the old house and are booked in for our third next year. It's quiet clean and has everything you could possibly need for a week away.I can't speak highly enough of the place.

We came to the Old House after booking quite last minute, the week before! We were so delighted with everything in the house. It really is so comfortable and cozy. The beds are the best I have slept in for a holiday rental! The kitchen has everything you need. The bathroom is great, the living room has plenty of seats with a good TV, DVD player, open fire - everything needed for a cozy evening if wet and cold outside. Having a good highchair and brilliant proper cot in the bedroom made a huge difference for us. Travel cots are not the same, so having an actual Cot and proper mattress was fabulous. Finding the House - we used Apple maps and it took us direct. You can be at the coast in 50 mins, supermarkets in Diss in 15 mins - a really good location. Overall, we can not fault anything, thank you so much for a fabulous break

A charming old and spacious cottage in a an absolutely relaxing location. The cottage itself was very interesting and comfortable. We did not enjoy the best of weather but this did not spoil our stay and the accommodation was very warm, in fact occasionally too warm. We were delighted by the local wildlife, including deer and hares, the latter we rarely see in our neck of the woods. It is a cottage we would readily go back to. One potential, but totally expected characteristic is the low ceilings and lower doors - but after a bump or two (not fatal!) one quickly acclimatises. we were sorry to leave. Oh! and not forgetting the delightful chocolate cake waiting for us on our arrival.
