We loved our week at The Old House with our family, and all said we would love to go back next year! It was the perfect place for us - 5 adults and 2 small children - we particularly enjoyed the enclosed garden which provided a spacious and safe play space for our 2 1/2 year old grandson. We didn't see another person all week, as the house is well away from the road, with very few other houses nearby. The house was well equipped with everything we needed, and the bedrooms and beds were very comfortable. The only thing to watch out for was the step from kitchen to hall, and the low doorway on the upstairs landing!

This is our sixth time at the cottage and won't be our last. Most peaceful and relaxing place I've ever stayed. The garden is fully enclosed which is a must for us with small dogs. Although the cottage is in a rural area, its only a ten minute drive to Diss which has all you need including several supermarkets.Nothing is straight or level but thats part of its charm, mind your head on the low ceilings & doorways.Would highly recommend.

Quiet, relaxing location. An abundance of wildlife around the cottage. Cottage is very well equipped and full of character, as you'd expect for it's age. Excellent instructions for how to find the cottage. Very well placed for our first trip to Suffolk. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
