The dining room, with its open log fireplace, can comfortably seat twenty-three guests, making it the perfect setting for shared meals and gatherings. The games room with a pool table, darts, and board games keeps the fun alive. Whilst the well-appointed country kitchen is perfect for preparing meals for larger groups.

The surrounding landscape is teeming with natural beauty, boasting wildflower meadows, mature trees, and an abundance of spring bulbs. First Floor
- The Pineapple Suite: The master bedroom. With a super king four poster bed, bold botanical wallpaper, a multitude of gold pineapples. elegant chaise lounge and direct access to the master bathroom.
- The Rococo room: Two double beds with a nod to all thing opulent and excessive. With Flamingo wallpaper, lashings of gold and cherubs this is a room that even Louis XIV would be proud of. There is also a library and children’s book collection for guests to enjoy.
- The Palm Room: King size bed and two single beds, with commanding views over open parkland, a double sink and a multitude of lush plants. The furniture is all in an art deco style and this room is a firm favourite of our guests.
- The Grey Room: King sized four poster bed, a single bed and a stone sink this room has wonderful views out over the Suffolk countryside.
- The French Room: Inspired by the great French toile de jouy patterns of the late 18th century the room has a double bed and sink and the wallpaper depicts a mystical scene of the palmed jungle temples of Indonesia.
- The Ochre Room: With one double and one single bed the Ochre room features rich yellow walls and artists life drawings. With Tudor beams and wonky floors, the room is steeped in history.
- The Woodland Room: Evocative of all things mystical and fairytale like. With woodland wallpaper and rich walnut furnishings. This room has one double and one single bed.
- The Art Deco Room: With a king sized bed, commanding views out over our private 13 acre estate and opulent interiors inspired by the decade of decadence this room is a firm favourite with guests.
- 3 luxurious bathrooms with features including roll top baths, stone sinks, underfloor heating and rainfall showers.
