Guests consistently highlight the high standard of cleanliness, comfort, and well-equipped facilities, including a popular hot tub. The property is dog-friendly and offers thoughtful touches, with friendly and attentive hosts who go above and beyond. While a few minor suggestions for improvement are mentioned, such as outdoor lighting and privacy, the overall experience is overwhelmingly positive, making it a highly recommended retreat for a relaxing getaway.

Cleanliness is repeatedly praised, with guests describing the property as spotless, immaculately clean, and maintained to a high standard. Only one review mentions a minor suggestion for a mop, but this does not detract from the overwhelmingly positive feedback.

The rural, tranquil location with countryside views and nearby walks is a major highlight for guests. The peaceful setting is frequently mentioned, though a couple of reviews note the need to drive to reach some amenities. Overall, the location is highly valued.

Guests consistently describe the cottage as comfortable, cosy, and relaxing, with special mentions of the large bed, quality furnishings, and effective heating and air conditioning. The peaceful atmosphere and attention to detail further enhance comfort.

Facilities are highly rated, with guests appreciating the well-equipped kitchen, hot tub, wood burner, air conditioning, and thoughtful extras for dogs. A few minor suggestions for improvement (e.g., hooks for towels, outdoor lighting) are noted but do not significantly impact the overall positive impression.

Many guests mention thoughtful touches such as welcome packs and helpful hosts. While these gestures are greatly appreciated, it should be noted that such gifts are not guaranteed for every stay. The hosts' responsiveness and attention to guest needs are frequently commended.

A very relaxing enjoyable stay. Very nice hosts. Everything done to a high standard. Lovely walks around the farm. The only negative for us was that to go anywhere we had to use the car.
