The Farmhouse (sleeps 13), Alfred's Barn (8), The Milking Parlour (4) and The Orchard Wagon (2) at Grove Farm are situated in extensive grounds surrounded by beautiful gardens overlooking farmland and an orchard. Just a ten minute drive from the beaches and popular towns, Walberswick, Southwold and Dunwich. Furnished and decorated to the highest standards, these stylish properties offer comfortable holiday accommodation for from 2 to 27 guests, making it ideal for a romantic getaway , a family holiday or a larger group celebration. With dining up to 27 people in Alfred's Barn or 21 in The Farmhouse (or alternatively outdoors), Grove Farm is ideal for a large gathering of family or friends. Properties can be rented individually or together catering to any group up to 27 people.

The Farmhouse is an exceptionally spacious fifteenth century property providing a relaxing and comfy environment. A large kitchen/diner, two sitting rooms and spacious hall on the ground floor (along with a bath/shower room) provide plenty of space for guests to relax in comfort. On the first floor are two queen-size rooms (one with en-suite shower room and sunny balcony), one twin bedroom, a family room with three singles and a standard double room, along with a bathroom and separate WC. An additional twin attic room can be found on the second floor. Outside guests have extensive grounds to enjoy, including two ponds (both fenced), a sunken garden where you can take shade under the magnificent beech tree, and a games room.
Alfred's Barn is also ideal for large groups, sleeping eight guests. With immense style, this 16th Century thatched barn conversion offers a clever mix of contemporary and classic with style and character blended perfectly. Spacious throughout, on the ground floor there is a modern kitchen, sitting area (where you can relax in front of the fire), games room, cloakroom, utility room and dining room which can seat 27 on the ground floor - allowing the whole party to dine together when all four properties are rented together. On the first floor there are two twin bedrooms (one with en-suite shower room) plus a family bathroom with shower; and two double bedrooms (one with en-suite shower room) on the second floor.
The Milking Parlour also sleeps four guests in a double and twin bedroom upstairs. On the ground floor is a large light living room with comfy seating allowing you to relax in front of the wood burner. There is also a galleried hall/dining area with stylish well equipped kitchen beyond, plus a utility room and bathroom with shower. Outside (also accessed via French doors from the dining room) is a sunny terrace where you can enjoy a glass of wine whilst soaking up the views over the Suffolk countryside.
The Orchard Wagon, a shepherd's hut nestled away amongst the apple trees of Grove Farm’s orchard is a cosy wagon heated with a wood-burning stove, with separate cooking cabin and washing cabin. A true escape in the wild and perfect for those that want to get back to basics in nature, the wagon comfortably sleeps 2 people and includes a private bathroom cabin. The Wagon has a double bed (1.5m x 2m) with a smart little wood-burning stove to keep you toasty as you watch the stunning Suffolk sunsets.
,All four properties have space for outside dining with outdoor tables, chairs and barbecue provided for each property.
All kitchens are well appointed with electric range cookers with gas ring hob & extractor, dishwasher, large fridge, microwave oven and toaster. (Washing machine, dryer and freezer are situated in the utility rooms.)
Extra table extensions and benches are provided for dining up to 21 in The Farmhouse and up to 27 in Alfred's Barn.
The games room, in a converted stable, is equipped with a pool table, table tennis and table football and kept warm in winter with a wood burning stove.
Quality Egyptian cotton linen and Turkish cotton bath sheets are provided.
Ample parking for guests outside each property and in the courtyard.
