Accessed by a quiet country road, the property is set over the ground floor, and sits within its own pleasant garden. It offers ample parking, and occupies a slightly elevated position. This holiday property offers comfortable accommodation, with a well-equipped kitchen, a dining room with electric fire, and a sitting room overlooking the front of the property. There are two comfortable bedrooms, and a modern bathroom with a bath and shower over. Just outside the main entrance door to the rear of the property is a patio area, perfect for enjoying a glass of wine or a morning coffee while taking in the fantastic rural views. For keen cyclists there are some excellent quiet country lanes linking beautiful villages to explore, and some exceptional single-track mountain biking in Tunstall Forest nearby. Ideally located between Aldeburgh and Framlingham, and only two miles from the famous Snape Maltings with its world-famous concert hall, there is so much to do and explore all year round. It is well equiped with everything we needed. Our only negative was the toilet is separate from the bathroom near to the entrance of the cottage so if you need to go during the night, there are a couple of rooms to go through first. This wouldn't put us off visiting again as everything else was perfect.

It was spotlessly clean and had everything you needed, The delicious cream tea we had as a welcome gift was a lovely surprise. The property is ideally situated for exploring Suffolk and is in a beautiful location very quiet and peaceful.
