It is a barn conversion, with two bedrooms, a double and a twin, and an open-plan kitchen/dining/living area with a wood-burner. It also boasts a walk-in shower. large windows look out over open fields and woods from this cottage, which is one of a small cluster within the grounds nof the owners home.
These comfortable conversions are within easy reach of forest, heath and beaches and lie in a secluded rural setting. Visitors can enjoy wildlife at Dunwichn Forest or rspb Minsmere. Walberswick, with its sandy beach and dunes, nthe elegant resort of Southwold, Aldeburgh and Snape Maltings are all nearby. Shooting, fishing and archery are only 1 mile away. Beach 4 miles. Shop 2 miles, pub and restaurant 2 miles.. Both properties: Oil central heating (£15per week September-May poa). Electricity, bed linen and towels included. Initial fuel for wood burner included. included. Cot and highchair. Laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer (Shared). We will be returning again! Great to be close to the beach- 15 mins drive and in the countryside. Loved a visit to Two Magpies bakery- went a few mornings on the trot! Kids, dogs and us were really comfortable here and valued the use of the washing machines and freezer in the heat. Hosts were really reaponsive when we needed help or advice. Thank you!

No tray in shower for shower gel etcetc Sink did not hold water, stand was rusty,Wardrobe to small could not close door Hob had no markings, did not know if it was on or off,or set temperature. Smell in main lounge, smells like damp wood.Mugs were old and stained, need replacing. Needs updating.

We had a lovely stay here at the wood shed ,very peaceful and rural and great for dog walking The games room and laundry room is great ,its certainly been well thought about with attention to detail This is our second yeR we have stayed at the wood shef.
