It is a barn conversion, with two bedrooms, a double and a twin, and an open-plan kitchen/dining/living area with a wood-burner. It also boasts a walk-in shower. large windows look out over open fields and woods from this cottage, which is one of a small cluster within the grounds nof the owners home.
These comfortable conversions are within easy reach of forest, heath and beaches and lie in a secluded rural setting. Visitors can enjoy wildlife at Dunwichn Forest or rspb Minsmere. Walberswick, with its sandy beach and dunes, nthe elegant resort of Southwold, Aldeburgh and Snape Maltings are all nearby. Shooting, fishing and archery are only 1 mile away. Beach 4 miles. Shop 2 miles, pub and restaurant 2 miles.. Both properties: Oil central heating (£15per week September-May poa). Electricity, bed linen and towels included.
