Set in a quiet country location, just 1 mile from Framlingham (voted by Country Life Magazine as the best small town in the south of the country), this holiday property with step free access, attached to the owner’s home, has superb views across the fields from the sheltered terrace. The owner’s large garden, visible from the bedroom windows, is a joy, and is perfect for children. All the shops you need are in the town, plus a twice weekly market and lots of pubs and restaurants. It is handy for Aldeburgh with its varied concerts, Woodbridge’s picturesque river walks and Southwold’s sandy beaches and fascinating pier. There are walks from the door and easy going cycle lanes with little traffic. Minsmere offers the best in bird watching, with many rare species to spot. The cottage is in a central location for visiting Suffolk’s many other attractions. Shops, pubs and restaurants 1 mile.

This is a real gem! A beautiful, welcoming cottage hidden away in the tranquil setting of rural Suffolk. Drink your morning coffee whilst watching deer roam the fields, explore the local village, castle, shops, restaurants and galleries or head over to Sutton Hoo, Ickworth or a huge list of other delightful attractions within a short drive. Best of all, the cottage allows you to rest- unwind and relax in comfort and peace. Loving looked after by wonderful hosts Nicky and Gordon. We loved staying here as you can tell! ❤️

We were there during the heat wave, but it was lovely to sit out in the small courtyard in the evening after a day out and watch the country side go byYou do need to have a car or bicycles to explore the area but there is a lot to see and do in the vicinity when you get out.The hosts are a lovely couple, really helpful when needed.Really idillic, the perfect place to relax
