Perfectly placed near the beautiful River Deben, the hut is an ideal base for exploring Newbourne, Woodbridge and Suffolk’s charming coastline. Riverside walks, cosy pubs and quiet country lanes are all within easy reach, whilst cycling enthusiasts will appreciate its close proximity to the Wolf Way cycling route.

Inside, the thoughtfully designed open-plan space feels warm and welcoming throughout the seasons. One end of the hut features a comfortable double bed with a memory foam mattress and soft cotton bed linen, whilst clever touches such as under-bed storage and a hidden pull-out dining table make the most of the cosy interior.

The kitchen area includes a fridge, double induction hob, butler sink and everhot oven, which also helps keep the hut wonderfully snug on cooler evenings. At the opposite end, the private bathroom is complete with a shower, WC, basin and heated towel rail.

Parking is 100 yards from the hut along a grass track.

Fishing: Fish vary in size, from very small up to 20lb. Mostly carp. Depending on the weather conditions, they may not be biting, but you are more than welcome to give it a try. Please note that ground bait is strictly prohibited. All fish caught must be returned to the water immediately and not placed in a keep net.

    Beautiful location - peaceful and calm and so lovely to have the place to ourselves. The village is really pretty - can recommend the pub and Nourish cafe. We would have loved to stay longer!
