We booked this for a romantic weekend away and it did not disappoint. The surrounding area was peaceful and the hut was very comfortable. Overall, a great way to switch off from busy life for a weekend. Thanks again!

Our stay at the Shephard’s hut was perfect. It is in a beautiful and peaceful location, looking over the reservoir. The property was clean and very functional, with everything you could need for a short stay. There were clear instructions for how to find the property and the host was very thoughtful, turning to light on so it was easier to find when arriving in the dark. It was a short walk to a lovely local pub and within driving distance of lots of beautiful places within Suffolk. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely again!

For a peaceful escape in a beautiful location, the little shepherd’s hut is perfect! We listened to the birds, watched ducks and moorhens, and after dark saw hundreds of stars. The cosy, brilliantly designed and well equipped hut is a lovely base for exploring Suffolk.
