Villa 109 in Lowestoft receives high praise for its cleanliness, prime location with easy beach access, and well-maintained facilities. Guests appreciate the fully equipped property, cosy atmosphere, and the thoughtful touches like a pint of milk on arrival. While most find the villa comfortable, some note the main bedroom mattress could be improved. The on-site pool and nearby pub add to the enjoyable stay.
Guests consistently report that the villa is very clean and well-presented, with only a minor issue regarding oven and microwave cleanliness that was quickly resolved.
The location is highly praised for its proximity to the beach, local amenities, and quiet setting. Some minor concerns about beach access due to storm damage are noted.
The villa is generally found to be comfortable, with a cosy atmosphere and good quality bedding. However, there are comments about the main bedroom mattress needing replacement and the double bed being too soft for some.
Facilities are well-regarded, including a well-equipped kitchen and on-site pool. Some maintenance issues like a tricky front door lock and slippery decking are mentioned, but overall the facilities contribute positively to the guests' experiences.
While guests appreciate the thoughtful touches such as a welcome message and a pint of milk, there is not enough information to determine if gifts are a consistent offering, so a score cannot be provided.

I brought enough to last a life time, and needn't of worried as only a 15 minute drive to supermarket and shops and even a village pub with a shop, great chinese takeaway and the food in the club house very good quality. Within the villa a lower hot powerful shower, and all white goods working well bedrooms lovely and comfy too and we all slept great. Decking not used as not the weather sadly. Swimming pool , play area lovely and our 9 year old foster son loved it as did our 2 special need men 36 and 32 enjoyed swimming and pool Staff very kind and friendly and the dogs made so welcome too. Everything was great and made our weeks stay lovely ..... we will return Thank you

Our only issue was the decking area not covered by the porch roof. It is dirty and green, it was damp first morning and our grand daughter who was stying in another property on the camp with her family. came to see us and ran on the decking, it was very slippery and she fell hurting her knee. I slipped and fell picking her up, That really needs to adressed, As I say otherwise great and we may return next year

The crockery and cooking equipment were in very good order. Mattresses on the two rooms used were comfortable. The holiday park itself was quiet and clean. We would stay again. Just for information and not to detract from the overall impression of the villa, the owner might want to attend to the front gate which is coming off one hinge, the toilet seat needs refixing or replacing, the front door lock is tricky and might need some oil, and a second key would be helpful.
