Between Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, and Lowestoft, Suffolk, Corton is a small beach community. Corton is a popular vacation spot for families, having a wide variety of nearby things to explore. In addition to the Great Yarmouth Pier Theatre, a funfair, arcades, and a sealife centre, the town also has a retail mall with an old-fashioned market and museums, making it an ideal destination for a conventional seaside vacation with the family. Both Lowestoft and Pleasurewood Hills are within easy driving distance to the town's award-winning sandy Blue Flag beach. Other nearby attractions include the lovely Norfolk Broads with its day cruisers and riverside attractions like Norwich's cathedral and two modern shopping complexes as well as its daily market.
