Guests frequently mention the thoughtful welcome packs and the peaceful location, making it an excellent base for exploring Suffolk and Norfolk. While some found the chalet compact and noted minor issues with storage and road access, the overall experience is overwhelmingly positive, with many guests eager to return.

The majority of reviews highlight the chalet's spotless presentation and high standard of cleanliness, with only minor comments about specific items like bath mats needing a refresh.

Guests consistently praise the quiet setting, easy access to the beach, and suitability as a base for exploring the local area. A few mention the poor condition of the access road, but this does not detract significantly from the overall positive impression.

Most guests find the chalet very comfortable and cosy, with quality bedding and a homely feel. Some mention the compact size and limited storage, especially for larger groups or those with dogs, but comfort is generally rated highly.

The chalet is described as very well equipped, with all essentials provided. Some guests note minor issues such as the television, water temperature, and bulky furniture, but overall facilities are appreciated.

Many guests mention generous welcome packs including food, wine, and treats for both adults and dogs. While these thoughtful touches are frequently praised, please note that such gifts are not guaranteed for every stay.

Chalet was really well equipped and very close to the seashore situated in a nice quiet area very tidy and a good welcome left by the owner for when we arrived.

We enjoyed a great week in Alandale Pk made even more special due to some warm sunny weather. The Chalet was quite 'cosy' due to it's size but was very well equipped and so comfortable. The owners have done everything and some to make us feel welcome with lots of added 'goodies' left in fridge.

The un-adopted road access, Bethel Drive, is in an abominable condition with a very large number of deep holes - extremely dangerous. The parking area on the site is in a bad condition. The water from the taps was never hot, only lukewarm at best. A small chalet was made smaller by clutter from large furniture/cushions etc. The dining table and chairs were too heavy and bulky. The wardrobe was very difficult to access. There was no vegetable peeler.
