The beach is accessed via concrete steps, but there is an alternative access, opposite the pub. Set on an award winning 27-mile stretch of coastline where you will find sun bathing and sea bathing opportunities galore in summer and lovely walks and photography opportunities off season too.
Head into Norfolk and discover Great Yarmouth’s Golden Mile, with a host of seaside attractions including a large funfair. Thrill seekers are sure to enjoy Pleasurewood Hills, East Anglia’s only theme park. You can be in the heart of the Norfolk Broads in under 45 minutes, or alternatively take a tiger walk amongst the trees at Thrigby Wildlife Gardens, or indulge your wild side at Africa Alive. Here you are just 8 miles from beautiful Southwold with its great mix of artisan cafés, shops and pretty painted beach huts. After a busy day of exploration, return to this lovingly furnished bungalow and be sure of a greats night’s sleep in one of the two comfortable bedrooms.
We have recently had installed a split air conditioning unit which blows warm air for the winter months and cooler air for the hot summer months all controlled by a remote.There is also an electric towel rail in the bathroom and a electric heater on the wall in the main bedroom. Two further oil heaters are also in the propertyBeach 150 yards. Shop ¾ mile, pub and restaurant 250 yards.

Wow what a wonderful relaxing holiday such a cute compact little house with everything you need . We’re so pleased we decided to go for Christmas it was the best present to ourselves. And what a surprise to leave the little house walk across to the path follow go through the gate and we were at the dunes and beach on a Chris’s Christmas morning made you feel so alive. If your reading this I recommend the little house or anywhere in this area you will not be disappointed. Thank you to the Little House owners for a calm relaxing and quiet break.😁👍♥️

As soon as I walked in the chalet looked and smelled clean. Comfy lounge/diner area with a good sized TV. The kitchen was clean and very well equipped with most appliances appearing to be new. The bathroom was very clean with a full sized bath with a electric shower over. Both bedrooms were clean with the main bedroom very well equipped with lots of storage space and a very comfortable bed. Overall the chalet was clean and very comfortable with everything you need. I spoke to the host once and they were very helpful. Highly recommend and we will be back.
