The location is great, and with those issues resolved it could be lovely.

Lovely big house, in a good location, however would not stay here again due to a few niggles. But I’m sure most people would enjoy staying here. Also if you have dogs it’s important to note that there is shared access to the garden for neighbours to walk through and gates can be left open so important to check before you let your dogs out in the morning or after returning from being out.

Stayed Aug 2024. Property location approx 10min walk to Southwold Main Street. Parking wasn’t an issue. The general cleanliness and upkeep were below par with the bathroom and kitchen needing more attention. The garden was the biggest disappointment as it was overgrown and unusable (not like the pictures). Android TV not great and with small children this was a pain. Left feeling that it was slightly overpriced for the standard received.
