Stannard Cottage is perfectly located and wonderfully comfy, we really enjoyed our stay. Care needs to be taken on the stairs but we all managed to negotiate them safely, even a 70 year old with bad knees. The only hiccup was the heating not coming on but a quick phone call and the maintenance man arrived within the hour, and all it needed was a quick reset on the boiler.

We loved Stannard Cottage. The appliances were fantastic, and it is a beautifully laid out cottage. We were worried about the stairs but actually they are fine as the owners have placed the bannisters very carefully. The location is perfect and the welcome pack was lovely. It really is an exceptional property, we will be returning as soon as we can!
