Guests say

Guests have praised 'The Little House' for its homely feel, unique 'upside down' layout, and prime location in Southwold. The property is noted for its convenience, being close to local amenities and offering off-street parking. The well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds are frequently mentioned, alongside the benefit of having a peaceful setting despite its central location.

Most guests found the property to be well-maintained and clean. However, one review mentioned housekeeping issues, which suggests there is room for improvement in this area.

The location is consistently highlighted as excellent, with its proximity to the High Street, restaurants, and the seafront, while still being quiet and secluded.

The majority of reviews describe the property as comfortable and homely, with special mentions of comfy beds and a welcoming atmosphere. A few comments about draughtiness and a lack of warmth in colder months slightly affect this score.

Facilities are generally well-regarded, especially the well-equipped kitchen. Some reviews, however, point out issues with maintenance and a lack of information or welcome pack, indicating some areas for improvement.

There are no specific mentions of gifts or extra thoughtful touches that would warrant a score in this category. Therefore, this score is set to null.

Beautiful house , lovely location. Although the house is not far from the Main Street , it is so quiet . Shall definitely book again .

  • Mr Potts

A great cottage, in a great location, much bigger than it's name implies, however, it was disappointing not to have had a welcome pack upon arrival, particularly after an almost 9 hour drive.

  • Mr Wood

A very comfortable, pratical and atractive house. In a central but quiet position with parking for one car. The living area and well equiped kitchen on the second floor works very well.
