Visit Pembridge for an afternoon tea or Ludlow, which is a thriving medieval market town bursting with Michelin starred restaurants: a haven for foodies. There s also a regular local produce market, and a host of events and festivals throughout the year. Stop by Hay on Wye, the literary town famed for its annual festival and plethora of second hand book shops. A little further afield, the Black Mountains in the Brecon Beacons and the stunning Elan Valley are worth exploring whatever the time of year. When the day is done you can climb the stairs where there are three beautifully finished bedrooms: one double bedroom enjoying garden views, one twin room also with garden views and one single room. Here you can enjoy a lazy afternoon with a good book or get together and enjoy al fresco dining in the summer months. There is off road parking for two cars and a covered area for bikes.
