Tenbury Wells, in Worcestershire, is a picturesque, historic market town that sits on the banks of the River Teme. Ludlow is well-known for its superb shopping, but it is also home to numerous fine dining establishments, quaint tea rooms, and lively pubs. Leominster, Hereford, and Shrewsbury are all within driving distance, as is the Severn Valley Railway, Berrington Hall, and the renowned Hay-on-Wye Literary Festival, held each May/June.
