After a long afternoon of rambling, look forward to relaxing in the sitting room, complete with wooden flooring, two sofas, original art décor and a Smart TV, perfect for catching up on your favourite shows. Carry the conversation into the kitchen/diner, appointed to an excellent standard with a wide range of appliances, including an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, so there’s no need to pack your whole wardrobe! Prepare the dining table for a delicious home-cooked meal or order in a local takeaway for a treat. When you’re ready to explore, there’s plenty to enjoy within walking distance; explore the grounds of the 16th century timber cottage of Shakespeare’s Birthplace, as well as his final resting place, Holy Trinity Church, before resting at a local pub for a refreshing pint. After building up an appetite, choose from a selection of fine restaurants and bars to sample, alongside independent cafes where you can enjoy a coffee and pubs serving a selection of ales. Take in the sights and attractions of Warwick, including the famous Jephson Gardens and Lord Leycester Hospital, as well as the numerous great shops and markets. Alternatively, hop on the train and visit the town of Evesham for a slice of retail therapy, stopping by the Evesham Bell Tower along the way. Visitors can easily travel to nearby towns and cities such as Warwick, Royal Leamington Spa, and Coventry thanks to the town's own railway.
