This unique rural wooden home offers guests a true rural retreat in the heart of the beautiful Warwickshire countryside. You can enjoy walks, hikes, and outdoor activities in the rolling hills and scenic countryside. The property is well-located for nearby attractions in Warwickshire. This includes historic towns such as Stratford-upon-Avon (15 miles), popular for being the birthplace of William Shakespeare. Visit Shakespeare’s childhood home, enjoy a play at the theatre or have a stroll along the River Avon with its many pubs and restaurants. Also easily accessible is Warwick (6.8 miles), a historic town with magnificent castle. Enjoy one of the many independent shops and pubs or take in one of the live concerts at the castle itself. Long Itchington (1.5 miles) is the closest village, which has six lovely pubs and a shop and can be reached on foot along a disused railway track that leads straight from the farm.

The wonderful, bespoke lodge is one of a collection of unique tiny homes on a large farm in rural Warwickshire. Head into the property and on the ground floor you will find the main living area with sofa and wood burning stove. There is a well-appointed kitchen, with worktops, gas hob and full-size fridge/freezer. Also, downstairs is the separate toilet with shower and WC. Head upstairs where you will find the two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and an area with three single beds. Due to the size of the property, it is most suited to couples and small families with children.

The retreat has been designed to really make use of the idyllic views, with a fantastic, private, wood fired hot tub, allowing you to have a soak and take in the views. Enjoy a meal alfresco in the outdoor veranda next to the firepit, and cook up a storm on the gas BBQ.
